Guest House on Kirova, 33
Description
Guest House on Kirova, 33is a restored wooden tenement house dating from 1915, preserving the atmosphere of early 20th‑century Vologda.
The tenement house was built in 1915 by a merchant named Krasilnikov and is now a federally protected architectural monument. Before the revolution, the apartments were rented out, and after the Soviet government came to power, the building housed communal flats.
The restoration took place between 2021 and 2025, carried out entirely by Vologda‑based architects, restoration builders and designers.
The guest house offers eight apartments of varying sizes. Upon request, breakfast is served — made with love from high‑quality local ingredients. The property also features a cosy inner courtyard with a gazebo, perfect for pleasant get-together.
