Ded Moroz's Post Office

The magical post office is located in the city of Veliky Ustyug and operates year-round. This is where all the letters and parcels addressed to Ded Moroz (Father Frost) arrive every day. Messages come from all over the world, and each one will be read, recorded, and find its place on the high shelves of the Winter Wizard's office.

Helping to sort the mail are the postal assistants—the Postuli: they sort letters, stick stamps, and place a magical seal on reply letters. They also welcome guests, share stories about the most amazing messages, and help send greetings from Ded Moroz's homeland or prepare a parcel with treats from the northern fairy tale.
