Description
The Nikulichev House is an architectural monument of the 19th century, located in the village of Ustye. The owner of the house, Ivan, is restoring the original appearance of the building and its interior decoration. For those interested, guided tours of the house are available.
On the ground floor of the house, there is a coffee shop where you can enjoy a good cup of coffee and try homemade desserts from local pastry chefs.
The coffee shop also hosts creative evenings, film screenings, and theatrical performances.
