The Municipal Cultural Institution "Center of Crafts and Tourism" is located in the ancient town of Belozersk, in a merchant's mansion – the House of Merchant Serago – built in the early 19th century. The Center houses seven workshops of traditional folk crafts: woodworking, willow weaving, pottery, weaving, traditional folk toys, wood painting, and lace-making.
